How to import Chart of Accounts

Step 1: Navigate to Chart of Accounts Importer

• Accounts -> Accounting
• Under Opening and Closing -> Chart of Accounts Importer

Step 2: Download Chart of Accounts Template

• Select Company and click download template
• Select the file type you prefer
• Select sample template as template type
• Click Download

Step 3: Modify the downloaded template with the company's chart of accounts

Step 4: Attach the modified template and click upload.

Currencies

• Import the currency exchange rate for XCD to USD Currency Exchange.csv
• In the currency list, change the symbol for USD from $ to US$
